ELA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead culturally responsive programs for young learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports children’s growth and development.


Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Step 8 in ORO

  • Current CBR number

  • Current CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers, and Safety Set

  • At least 50 hours of Infant Toddler training

  • At least two years of Infant classroom experience.

  • Fluent in both African American Vernacular English (AAVE) and English.

  • Proficient computer skills in utilizing digital tools for classroom documentation and communication.

  • A passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a supportive, culturally enriching environment.
